AI Maintainer, Inc. provides a product that helps software engineers and their stakeholders create specifications and better understand their code. This is a subscription service with both per-seat and metered usage components. There are no age restrictions for using our services.
Users must have permission to access their code and document repositories and are responsible for ensuring that content used by the product is available for use by Large Language Models (LLMs), including ChatGPT. Users are prohibited from making the product available for use by non-subscribed customers as a service.
Content posted on the AI Maintainer, Inc. website is the property of AI Maintainer, Inc. Content used in the creation of documents or chat sessions within the product remains the property of their original owners. AI Maintainer, Inc. makes no claims on such content. All customer content not explicitly posted to our website remains the property of its original owners and shall not be shared, modified, or distributed without consent. AI Maintainer, Inc. will not use the names of its customers in any marketing material without prior written consent.
Our Privacy Policy, which describes how we handle user data, can be found at www.ai-maintainer.com/privacy-policy. Source code and other customer documents remain on the customer’s premises unless otherwise documented. Customer supplied prompts and responses are not stored by AI Maintainer, Inc. on any cloud computing resources.
AI Maintainer, Inc. provides no warranty, expressed or implied, as to the fitness of our products or services for any particular purpose. We make use of LLMs, which are known to produce incorrect and incomplete results. Our liability is limited to the last month of subscription service cost.
Services can be discontinued for violating any Terms of Service or for non-payment. Upon termination, there is no data to return or delete, other than a customer's contact information which is retained only long enough to resolve any outstanding business issues.
Any disputes arising under these terms will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration will be conducted in Massachusetts.
Our Terms of Service are regularly reviewed and updated. Customers will be informed of material changes via email.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
